i believe there are infinite universes sustained by a divine force of nature that is more fundamentally true than math and that is a thousand times more amazing than the judeo-christian god. i believe every seemingly free action is the determined result of our genetic makeup and external life experiences. and i believe in you.

i am a hedonistic bird of paradise locked in a two bedroom apartment.

i love you unconditionally because i do not know any other way.  we lay side by side on nights like this burning smoke in the basement, letting the sounds of the television drift around us like crickets in the dark.  the hours creep up on us like shadows passing under the not quite full moon.  body parts laced with chemicals, we hover like stars.  on this night we shower the earth, yes, tonight we will become gods. even your breath tastes like my name, words drunk on the mists of tomorrow.  you carry me forward pressed to your chest, i love you, my dear, because i do not know how to stop.
